7 QUESTIONS THAT EVER LEADER SHOULD ASK

In their latest book, The Why of Work, Dave & Wendy Ulrich explore how leaders can help promote an environment for their workers gives meaning and purpose in jobs. Working from a psychological and humanistic perspective, they propose these seven questions that every leader should ask him or herself to drive what the Ulrich’s call the “abundance agenda;” a program that allows leaders to add value and cultivate a creative atmosphere.
