WHAT LED ME TO THE IMAGINABLE

Another approach that is commonly taught focuses primarily on pathophysiologic processes: inflammation, infection, and ischemia to guide thinking about the imaginable list of diagnoses. As with use of only anatomic approach, use of only the physiologic approach can lead to omissions of potentially important and more likely diagnoses.
