BOOM

A 63 year old man with a history of hypertension presents to the local emergency department complaining of progressing headaches and neck pain!!! What are the possible causes, and how would you refine them? i DON'T KNOW i'LL TELL U AFTER U RELENT * BECAUSE U CAN'T STOP ME LOL WTF ARE WE DOING NOW THIS IS LOOSING SIGNIFICANCE IN MY OPINION!!! I ALREADY KNOW I WON REGARDLESS OF UR OPINION!!!
