The great leader does not condemn according to shared social norms and values these have little relevance in the grand scheme of things, when you reach the top you will realize it is very much lawless at least in the traditional sense; the great leader then sees the potential and accentuates the strengths that lie beneath every single one of us regardless of outward appearances.
